Acai Smoothie Bowl Recipe


Eating a smoothie bowl (with all the toppings) is pretty much like eating a bowl of fruity ice cream, except healthy! So, yes, I’m obsessed. Acai bowls are a particular favourite of mine as they contain a huge range of vitamins and minerals and always give me a big energy boost 🔥🔥

In case you didn’t already know, acai is a Super-Berry found in the Amazon rainforest and is known for giving glowing skin and helping with weight loss, winner.

This recipe is perfect for breakfast, lunch or whenever you need an boost of energy!

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1 large scoop acai powder (I recommend Tropeka) OR 1 chunk of frozen acai

  • Handful of chopped mango

  • Handful of blueberries

  • 1 scoop At Health vanilla protein powder

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 tsp super greens power

  • Filtered water (I always start with a tiny amount to get a thick texture and add more as I need it)


  1. Put all of the ingredients in the blender with a small amount of water (the less water, the thicker the texture)

  2. BLEND (+ add additional water if the mixture of so thick it won’t move!)

  3. Pour into your favourite bowl - I love Coconut Bowls (because coconuts are life), but I used my favourite ceramic bowl for this one.

The bowl featured is served with coconut flakes, blueberries, banana and homemade granola, but just add whatever treats you have in the cupboard.
