Port Stephens Weekend: A Photo Diary
Happy Monday coco-ites! I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. I posted on Friday about my indulgent Easter trip to Port Stephens and I wanted to share my photos with you. Port Stephens is a large natural harbour 2.5 hours north of Sydney and is known for its sand dunes and stunning, long beaches. My friends and I hired a cool little beach house for the weekend which was the ideal place to relax and have some time away from the city. It rained pretty solidly for the first couple of days so we couldn't explore too much but it was the perfect excuse to chill with movies, chocolate and plenty of red wine (it's good for the heart right?!)...the DREAM!!
Best place for lunch: Catch at Shoal Bay
Best activity for date night: Twilight dinner cruise or sunset kayaking
Best beaches for chilling: Fingal Bay and One Mile Beach
Best surfing spots: Samurai, One Mile, Birubi Beach, Zenith and Box Beach
Our little beach house
View from the main bedroom
A spot of sun bathing with Lorna Jane Clarkson!
Lunch in Nelson's Bay
The view from our garden!
G+T time for the Easter bunnies
Stunning sunrise on our last day
Such a perfect way to end the trip!
