If you know me, you'll know that I have a slight obsession with learning and absorbing copious amounts of new information errry day! So you can imagine my excitement when I first discovered the wonderful world of podcasts.

There's literally a podcast for every topic under the sun, from health and nutrition to business and current affairs...oh and lets not forget the comedy! Not only are they free and FULL of tips and advice, but you can consume all of the information on the move. I listen to my favourite podcasts at every opportunity I can...getting ready for work, commuting, and even whilst running/at the gym. Perfect for our ever busy lives!
As a writer of a wellness blog, you won't be surprised to know that I LOVE to keep up to date with health, wellness and fitness trends and there's a bunch of podcasts that I simply can't get enough of (seriously, I quite often refresh my app repeatedly in the hope that a new one will magically pop up).
